Nicholas M. Martin is an associate attorney at Capasso & Associates LLC. He originally joined the firm in May of 2014 as a summer associate and, upon his admission to the New York State Bar in January of 2016, became the firm’s newest attorney.
Mr. Martin received his Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) In 2015 from Albany Law School of Union University, where he was the Managing Editor for Research & Writing of the Albany Government Law Review. While attending law school, Mr. Martin was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Thomas J. McAvoy, United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of New York, as well as a Legal Intern at the Albany County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, Mr. Martin obtained his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in 2012 from Siena College.
